In a world of mass-produced honey, where origins are often a mystery, our chai-infused hyper-local honey is a rare find—crafted by bees that roam freely among the coastal wildflowers, bushland blooms, and lush gardens of Newcastle and the Hunter Region, capturing the very essence of our land in every golden drop.
We infuse our raw, unfiltered honey with a hand-selected blend of chai spices—including cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves—and allow it to mature for at least 30 days. This process deepens the honey’s natural caramel notes, creating a luxurious taste experience.
Each batch is harvested from hives within a 50km radius of Newcastle, ensuring a truly local and seasonal flavour that changes with the rhythms of nature. Unlike commercial honey, which is often blended and pasteurised, ours remains raw and unfiltered, preserving its natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants—just as nature intended.
