Grown and meticulously harvested in the alpine region of Victoria, with most of the harvest exported to Japan. Green tea is proven to contain health promoting bioactive compounds. I suggest for maximum health benefits add cool water to fresh leaves, rest 10 minutes, then add hot water (never boiling) Use spent leaves twice, store in refrigerator out of water.
