Who we are
Your Tea Shop’s Tea Providore Bruce is an world recognized award winning visual merchandiser who has worked in close collaboration with Directors from Australasia’s leading department stores and has had the privilege of being mentored over several decades with many of the world’s leading retail/style ambassadors.
We have a beautiful island with many hidden treasures, Your Tea Shop (a stand-out show stopper!), the awesome Cradle Mountain Wilderness or the Freycinet Peninsula where a bush walk will have you shirt-fronted by a wallaby, or your toes tickled by an echidna and be screamed at by a Tasmanian devil. Will you ever eat an apple again without thoughts of our tea-totalling bonza state?
My Mission
Outside the world of global industries and foreign affairs, there is plenty I have accomplished through ongoing discussions with suppliers and continue to do so.
By encouraging all tea sippers to drink sustainable tea in their daily lives. The easiest thing, both for our mental wellbeing and real-world impact, is to develop a loyal relationship where earnest conversations and questions can be had.b

- All our premium teas are sourced from registered tea plantations, plucked, harvested and processed by people paid a fair wage.
- The marjority of our packetering is sourced from post consumer waste, printed in vegetable based inks with inner tea bags derived from resins obtained commercially from man planted tree plantations.
As your Launceston Tea Providore, I take great pride in owning and operating a small retail business in a dynamic space that’s not only stimulating to the senses but prioritises a zero-waste option for my customers.
Spent black / green tea leaves, we encourage scattering around various acid loving garden plants such as Azaleas & Camellias.
